Reservations

 

Reservations and Rates

Making your reservation is easy. Just call 717-763-1848. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance of your rental is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Reservations may be cancelled within 120 days of arrival without a penalty. Reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations between 120 and 60 days will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

 

Emergency Guarantee

 

If a personal emergency makes it impossible for you to travel, we will work with you to reschedule. If you are able to reschedule within the same travel season, there are no additional fees. If you wish to change from a low season to shoulder or high season booking, you will only pay the difference between the two rates. Please note, we will have to work around other rentals we may have, but will make every effort to accommodate you.

 

Rates

 

Rates include maid service every other day. Daily maid service available at an extra charge.

 

We DO NOT charge the $4.00 per day resort fee that all the hotels do! We DO NOT charge the 10% Hotel service charge that all the hotels do!
